What You Can Do
Redline Workspaces: Upload contracts and review AI-generated redlines clause by clause. Accept, counter, or reject changes from the counterparty, your team, or AI suggestions.
Playbooks: Define rules and standards for different contract types. The AI uses these to analyze your documents.
AI Chat: Ask questions about any contract with full clause-level context. Compare to your playbook, identify risks, or get summaries.
Contract Library: Store, organize, and search your contract repository with AI-powered extraction.
Getting Started
The fastest way to start:
Go to Workspaces in the sidebar
Click New Workspace
Upload a contract (DOCX or PDF)
Select a playbook and click Create
Wait for analysis, then start reviewing
