Review contract changes grouped by playbook rule.
Step 1: Playbook tab overview
The Playbook tab shows risk breakdown, compliance stats, review progress, and rule cards.
Step 2: Use filters
Five filter dropdowns narrow the list: Risk, Reviewer, Status, Category, and Compliance.
Step 3: Select a rule card
Click any rule card to open the detail view with issue description and proposed changes.
Step 4: AI Suggested modification
The carousel shows proposed changes. AI modifications have Edit, Discard, and Include.
Step 5: Internal tracked change
Internal changes from your team only show Discard. Skip to keep the change.
Step 6: Opposing Party change
Counterparty changes show Reject, Counter, and Accept buttons.
Step 7: Counter-Proposal Editor
Edit counter text directly or use 'Adjust Counter with AI' for refinement.
Step 8: AI Suggested New Clause
New clauses show suggested placement. Use Insert, Insert with AI, or Discard.
