Use the Reports view and Filter with AI to surface contracts by compliance criteria, then export a summary for your team.

Overview
Vallor's Reports view lets you filter your full contract list using plain-English criteria via the Filter with AI feature. This makes it easy to generate a focused compliance summary — for example, all contracts expiring soon, all contracts with specific renewal types, or all contracts in a given category.
Once filtered, you can export the results as an XLSX file to share with your team or use in an audit.
Step 1: Go to Reports
From the left sidebar, click Reports. This opens a list of all contracts in your workspace with columns like Status, Company, Expiration Date, Contract Type, and Renewal Type.
Tip: If you do not see Reports in the sidebar, check with your admin — access may be role-restricted.
Step 2: Click Filter with AI
Click the Filter with AI button near the top of the page. A text input will appear asking you to describe what you are looking for.
Type a plain-English description of the contracts you want to surface. For example:
Show me all contracts expiring in the next 90 days
Show me all procurement contracts with manual renewal
Show me contracts where the renewal type is fixed
Then click Process Filters. Vallor will apply the filters automatically and update the contract list.
Step 3: Review the filtered results
The contract list updates to show only contracts matching your criteria. Review the results and use the column headers to sort by Expiration Date, Status, or Contract Type to prioritize what needs attention.
Tip: Click Advanced Filter next to the AI button to layer on additional manual filters alongside your AI query.
Step 4: Export the summary
Once you are happy with the filtered list, click Export in the top-right corner of the page. A dialog will appear with two options:
Download to my computer — saves the file directly as an XLSX
Email the file — sends the export to your email address
Choose your preferred option and click Download.
Step 5: Open and use the file
The downloaded file contains one row per contract with all visible columns from the Reports view — including contract name, company, status, expiration date, contract type, renewal type, and more. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets to sort, filter, or share with stakeholders.
Note: The export reflects the current filtered view. Make sure your filters are set correctly before exporting.
Step 6: Share with your team
Send the exported file to colleagues, include it in a compliance review deck, or upload it to your shared drive. The file is a standard XLSX and can be opened by anyone without access to Vallor.
